Hi, Make sure that the account you are logged on with running Forestprep is a member of Schema- and Enterprise Admins. It needs to be. Also, verify that the Domain Controller holding the Schema FSMO Role is alive and reachable. Run dcdiag on your DCs and make sure that everyting is OK.
